Don’t stop at blueberries – halved cherries, sliced strawberries, chopped peaches, blackberries and raspberries make seriously yummy variations.
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups blueberries
- 3 tbsps honey
- 3 cups vanilla Greek yogurt
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor or blender, puree blueberries
- Pour the blueberry mixture into a large bowl and stir in honey
- Add yogurt and gently mix everything together (if you want a tie-dye effect, do not fully blend the yogurt and blueberries together)
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm
SWEET WATERMELON-SICLES
So simple, so delicious, these pops are made with fresh and frozen fruit…and zero added sugar
INGREDIENTS
- 3 cups cubed watermelon
- 1 cup strawberries (fresh or frozen)
- Zest and juice of 1 lime
INSTRUCTIONS
- In a food processor or blender, puree all the ingredients until smooth
- Pour into popsicle molds and freeze until firm

- 1 tbsp creamy peanut butter (make sure it’s xylitol free)
- 1-1/2 bananas (ripe, peeled & mashed)
